OvenBase keeps as little about you as it can and never sells it. This page says what is stored, why, and how to get rid of it.
01Without an account
Browsing cards and decks needs nothing from you. Your settings, a deck you are building and a game in progress are kept in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers, and you can clear them by clearing your browser data.
02With an account
When you sign in we store:
- your email address, or the details your Google sign-in shares (name and email), to identify you;
- your display name and picture;
- decks and collection you save to your account;
- your online games: who played, the decks used, the result, and your rating;
- your friends and friend requests, and friendly-battle invites;
- when you were last on the site and which game room you are in, shown only to your friends.
03Who can see what
Your display name, picture, rating, public decks and finished games are public. Your email address is never shown to anyone. Whether you are online, and which room you are playing in, is only visible to people you have accepted as friends.
04Services we use
OvenBase runs on Supabase (accounts and database) and Vercel (hosting). They process data for us under their own privacy terms. We do not use advertising networks or sell or share your data with anyone else.
06Keeping and deleting
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; this removes your profile, decks, collection, friends and invites. Finished games stay in other players' histories with your name replaced by "Deleted player".
07Children
OvenBase is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child has made an account, contact us and we will remove it.
08Questions
Ask us anything about your data on the OvenBase Discord server. If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
